Fall Wellness Retreat in McCall, Idaho

Join us for a weekend in the mountains on beautiful Lake Payette at the Glass House in McCall, Idaho. Lydia Miller and Megan Aaron will be your guides while Laura Hunt will prepare delicious & nutritious meals to nourish you through the weekend. All yoga sessions, meals & body treatments will be held at the event site for the duration of the event. This building has 179 windows overlooking the lake and surrounded by the mountains.

Megan Aaron, has been pursuing the sacred practice of Yoga for over a decade. Quickly after she discovered the benefits, Megan felt a spiritual calling to become a full-time teacher and take part in spreading the healing of yoga. With her extensive background in dance movement, Megan found that Yoga was her true purpose all along. Megan has studied with many incredible teachers over the years and is currently pursuing her advanced studies as an Ayurveda + Yoga Specialist. During her instruction, Megan delivers upbeat flows, breath linked postures, and a spiritual sense that provides a unified Yoga experience for all of her students. Her goal is to challenge her class in a peaceful and encouraging way that continually develops the inner passion for yoga, life & connection.
Lydia discovered yoga over 2 decades ago, she began teaching in 2008, in 2013 she began training others to teach this sacred practice. She recognized at a young age how beneficial the movement of the body was for the mental and emotional well-being. She has studied with many renowned teachers and is always learning and expanding her experience and knowledge of this lifelong practice by continuing to learn from her most favorite and influential teachers of the past and present. Vinyasa has been her staple for many years. She’s thrilled to see the movement of change and acknowledgement of no absolutes in yoga and to teach intelligently means knowing why you are teaching what you are teaching… Afterall setting a purpose to the practice is what gives it depth. Lydia’s classes will include intelligent and invigorating sequences, with a “why” behind all of these things, she is very dedicated to sharing the practice of yoga in a way that will allow the transformation of the mind-body in a functional, beneficial, and focused way. Good Music is always included, breath to movement flows, and always an awareness of individual needs (injuries) will be addressed. Working through imbalances in the mind-body takes patience, dedication, and will power. She will encourage you to honor how you are each day, to not judge or assume, instead offer yourself grace and love. Lydia strives to bring yoga into everyday life by doing, evolving and truly living it, allowing peace and joy to flourish within and spread to others.
Melissa Kovics – Energy and Movement Practitioner
Melissa was drawn to movement from the early age of 3, as a form of expression. It is a way to release anger, fear, sadness or anything that holds us back. She has the belief that no matter the experience or trauma that each of us walks through; laughter, love and spiritually-connected movements are the key to balancing the mind, body and soul.
Melissa had the great opportunity to dance with the American Gridiron dance team at the Tour de France and continued as a professional hip hop dancer with world renowned dance troupes in New York and LA
By fully incorporating Melissa’s 32 years as a professional dancer and teacher, she continues to develop as a yoga instructor; while, being an Energy Practitioner and Reiki Master, helps to refine it. Her students and clients are helped towards rediscovering the tools within them to get out of their heads, walk through their fears and start designing the life they deserve to become ENGAGED and ALIVE!
Whether it be working with clients individually, remotely or in groups, Melissa will empower you to live from your heart with your soul’s light and to become your own Happy Koa!
